Thirty-two-year-old Dawn Edchuul Remoket II was arrested and is facing charges of carjacking, theft of a motor vehicle, fraudulent or forgery use of a license plate, assault, and two counts of theft of property.
The charges stretch back to June 10 when Remoket was the passenger in a car, according to a magistrate's complaint.
He allegedly told the driver of his "plan" to take the car or, "I will knock you out while you drive." Remoket then allegedly struck the driver in the face with his elbow in a Dededo parking lot and fled with the car.
On June 21, Remoket allegedly stole more than $202 worth of items from a Dededo home.
And on Sept. 12, police responded to a hotel in Tumon for a removal request. There they located Remoket in a 2017 Nissan Sentra with a Connecticut license plate with two different license plates, neither of which belonged to the vehicle.
