D.L. Perez students honor first responders

 

As today marks 22 years since 9/11, the school community of D.L. Perez Elementary School held a flag ceremony in honor of our first responders.

 

Youngsters at the Yigo campus were instructed to wear red, white, or blue as they solemnly assembled in their campus parking lot, honoring the bravery and sacrifice all those years ago. 

 

 

 

The home of fanihis also presented signs of gratitude they made for emergency responders at the Guam Fire Department, who kindly took the time to bring their firetruck for pictures with school personnel.
