Alleged ambulance thief arrested

The suspect wanted in connection to stealing a Guam Fire Department ambulance has been captured. Twenty-three-year-old Yoichi Davidson was arrested on suspicion of theft by receiving and destroying evidence. Details of the case have yet to be made public.
