Man arrested after allegedly assaulting woman, 3 children

Johnny Kasian, 50, aka Johnny Daniel and Rope, is facing charges of interfering with reporting of family violence, two counts of family violence and five counts of child abuse after allegedly assaulting a woman and three children in two separate incidents. 

According to a magistrate's complaint, on Sept. 4, a woman told police Kaisan allegedly hit a 12 and 14-year-old with a broom, causing it to break. When the teen tried to call 911 using a cell phone, Kaisian grabbed it and threw it into the jungle area.

Kaisian allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine, court documents state. 

This is not the first time that police have been called on him. 

On June 26, officers met with the same woman who reported that she and the two children as well as a 6-year-old were beaten by Kasian.

She told officers that Kasian appeared to be looking around the house, he returned with a crutch and allegedly struck her and the children.

Kasian then struck the side of the woman's head with his fist. One of the children pulled away from Kasian but he grabbed the child’s shirt and allegedly scratched their neck.
