A California man is in federal custody here in Guam following a cyberstalking investigation.

Thirty-five-year-old Eric Anthony Galvin was indicted on charges of cyberstalking, video voyeurism, and unauthorized access of a protected computer.

A federal grand jury handed down the indictment on Aug. 2.

The case was just unsealed Wednesday.

Galvin pleaded not guilty to the charges today before Magistrate Judge Michael Bordallo in the District Court of Guam.

Details of the case have not yet been made public.

Galvin is currently being held in the Department of Corrections’ federal detention facility.

Trial is set for Oct. 17.
