Community celebrates island culture with I'netnon Man Taotao Micronesia

The action was happening this weekend down in God's Country. The crowds joining in on the celebration for this year's Guam Micronesia Island Fair in Talo'fo'fo'. Sponsored by the Guam Visitors Bureau, I'netnon Man Taotao Micronesia was organized by Valley of the Latte, Jeff's Pirates Cove, and Country Club of the Pacific.
GVB spokesperson Josh Tyqueingco during the celebration told KUAM News, "There is really something for the entire family, but to add to that not just Micronesia is represented here. We have Taiwan where our Austronesian roots are also represented…we have a Taiwanese influencer and singer, Zhiting Lee. She is very popular there. Also, we have our Taiwan marketing coordinator Regina."
Regina herself said, "It’s an honor to be here. One thing that is great about these local events is that we get to perpetuate the CHamoru culture but also introduce newer cultures to the island."
