The Island-Wide Power System remains unstable while the Guam Power Authority continues restoration efforts. Fluctuating voltages and power interruptions continue to occur and are expected for those with power.

GPA advises customers to take action to prevent damage to appliances caused by power surges and spikes. Watch for voltage fluctuations, including extremely bright lighting or dim lighting from lamps or lights. You should immediately unplug "sensitive" appliances which include: refrigerators, air conditioners, computer and computer-related equipment, microwave ovens, etc. Then immediately report this electrical problem to GPA's 24-hour Trouble Dispatch at (671) 475-1472/3/4.
