Some phone numbers for Department of Public Health and Social Services are not operating following Typhoon Mawar.

Child Protective Services can be reached at 671-475-2617 or 671-987-8829/9567/1575 to refer child abuse or neglect case.

You can also visit the Bureau of Social Services Administration office Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the third floor of the Terlaje Professional Building at 194 Hernan Cortez Avenue, Hagatna, GU to make a referral.
