COR4: Guam declared back in Condition of Readiness Level 4 after damage assessment

Following a morning windshield assessment tour of the island following the passage of Typhoon Mawar, which packed winds gusting as high as 140 MPH, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero declared Guam back in Condition of Readiness Level 4 (COR4) at 5pm on Thursday.
