A man is under arrest accused of molesting a young girl known to him.

Thirty-eight-year-old Edward Mesa Crisostomo is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state the child, now 14, told police Crisostomo allegedly put his genitals in her hand while she slept.

The alleged incident occurred sometime in 2021. The girl also allegedly told officers she was scared and pretended to be asleep.
