Three men, two of who were on pretrial release, are charged separately for drug possession in the Superior Court of Guam.

Eric Anthony Davis, 25, is charged with possession with the intent to deliver schedule two substance as a first-degree felony and possession of a schedule two controlled substance.

On May 10, Guam police stopped Davis along Route 27 in Dededo for a defective rear license plate lamp.

During a search, officers found a digital scale, an improvised glass pipe inside, and seven resealable baggies with 2.47 grams of meth, court documents state.

Davis is on pretrial release for separate case.

In a separate case, Richard Reyes Flores, 49, was arrested that same day and charged with possession of a schedule two controlled substance as a third-degree felony.

Police spotted him at a gas station when they noticed his motorcycle did not have a license plate. During a search, officers found a glass pipe with meth residue, a clear resealable bag containing meth and two clear resealable plastic bags containing meth residue, documents state.

Flores allegedly admitted to police that he is a meth user.

In a third case, Mark Anthony Jundarino Nalicat, 29, is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities approached him due to a defective taillight, the complaint states.

Nalicat appeared to be “fidgety and kept shifting his body in the driver’s seat,” documents state.

Police found a bag with meth following a search.

Nalicat was also on pretrial release for another case.
