Seven drug arrests

A total of seven people were recently charged in the Superior Court of Guam after being caught with methamphetamine.
In the first case, Guam police officers searched two vehicles in a Dededo neighborhood on April 12, and found a glass pipe and drugs, court documents state.
Billy Alfonso, 39, and Raymond Padua Pagsisihan, 51, are each charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Alfonso is also charged with drug possession with intent to deliver. Police found 10 plastic baggies, a scale, and an undisclosed amount of cash in the car being driven by Alfonso, and more drugs inside the car being driven by Pagsisihan, the complaint states.
Pagsisihan allegedly admitted to police that he got the drugs from Alfonso.
Separately, Raylyn Crystal Brub, 42, is charged with possession with intent to deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card. Officers pulled over a car in Mongmong on April 13 when they found a glass pipe with meth residue, six baggies with white powdery substance, a digital scale, a pistol, and $1,171 in cash, documents state.
Brub allegedly admitted to owning the gun and drugs.
In a third case, Kyanna Lynn Wulf, 22, is charged possession of a schedule II controlled substance and retail theft.
Authorities responded to a retail theft at the Macy’s Department store in Dededo on April 13 when a witness allegedly told police a woman left the store without paying for clothing items. Wulf was located outside when she allegedly admitted to officers that she stole the clothes, and that she had a “baggie of dope” in her bag.
The officer found the drugs and made the arrest. Two others were arrested separately that same day after officers found drugs.
Andrew Borja Ignacio, 30, and Sara Kateri Moniz, 24, are each charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
According to court documents, police stopped a car in Dededo when the officer spotted an eyeglass case on the center armrest commonly used to store illegal narcotics. Authorities found a glass pipe with meth residue and a plastic bag with the drug in the car, along with another baggie with meth in Moniz’s pocket, the complaint states. Ignacio and Moniz allegedly admitted to officers that they recently smoked meth.
Ignacio is currently on pretrial release for a separate case criminal case from 2022.
A seventh drug arrest was filed in local court Saturday charged Tommy John Manibusan Meno, 53, with possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and vehicle without ID.
Officers stopped a car in Dededo on Friday when they determined the car’s plates belonged to another vehicle.
During a search, Manibusan allegedly admitted to police, “There’s ice in the black container by the floorboard” before finding multiple baggies with meth, cash, and a glass pipe.
