Franklin Taitague Jr. convicted in 2018 child rape case

A man accused of raping a little girl at a bus stop is found guilty. Franklin Taitague Jr. was undergoing trial in the Superior Court of Guam. A jury returned with the verdict this afternoon convicting him of criminal sexual conduct against a minor.
