It hasn't been a month yet since allegedly crashing into a Tiyan gate while driving drunk. Thirty-two-year-old Jet Henry is again facing DWI charges after allegedly driving drunk again and crashing into a gate, among other things.
Court documents state police responded to the scene on Route 8 and Sunset Boulevard Road in Maite at 1:30 a.m. on March 14.
While traveling west, Henry allegedly lost control of his vehicle, crashed into a concrete island running off the road. He then allegedly continued driving, striking a traffic switch box and concrete post before crashing into a chain-link fence, according to court documents.
Police noted Henry appeared drunk with bloodshot watery eyes and slurred speech. He also struggled to maintain his balance.
Court documents state Henry allegedly told police he had two bottles of wine and that he doesn't drink beer.
He was charged with Driving While Impaired and Reckless Driving.
Henry is still facing DWI charges for his Feb. 19 DWI arrest. He allegedly had an empty beer can in his car and had a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit.
