By KUAM NewsA search for a missing free diver off Orote Point is underway. First responders with the Guam Fire Department were called to the area just after 6 p.m. Thursday.
The driver, a 31-year-old man, was spear fishing with a group when he did not return to the boat, according to GFD spokesperson Nick Garrido.
The Guam Police Department, U.S. Coast Guard, and Navy HSC-25 crews are working together in the search.
Search units have set up a command near the Port Authority of Guam.
