Teen alleges man molested her for years

A convicted burglar and thief is back in prison after being accused of sexually molesting a girl known to him.

Thirty-two-year-old Robert Charfauros Jr. is charged with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state the girl, now 16, reported the allegations to the Guam Police Department on Monday.

She alleged Charfauros molested her multiple times when she was between fourth and eighth grade. He also allegedly forced her to watch pornography.

Prosecutors note Charfauros faces a maximum of 75 years in prison.
