A local elementary school teacher accused of sexually abusing students on campus is indicted by a Superior Court of Guam grand jury.

An indictment was handed down against 39-year-old Miles Reyes Washington charging him with two counts each of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

At least four young students alleged Washington followed them into the bathroom and sexually abused them.

He remains in prison held on a $50,000 cash bail and will answer to the indictment on March 21.
