The taste of Greece is now in our backyard.
Anemos by Baldyga Group is officially opening its street-level restaurant in the heart of Pleasure Island in Tumon this Friday.
The company invited us along to give it a taste – giving us multiple dishes including tiger prawn pasta, baba ganoush, steamed mussels, ceviche marinated in citrus fruits with fresh herbs and mint oil, and we topped it off with drinks and delicious desserts like the tiramisu.

The food - so fresh and some even flown in from Greece.
Fun fact - even the executive chef, Stefano Fren, was hired right out of Greece. And Anemos is greek for wind.
You can get an authentic Mediterranean experience now in Tumon at the Sandcastle building.
A grand opening is set for this Friday with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. followed by two seatings.

The first seating will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The second seating from 9 to 10:20 p.m.
Guests will get a chance to round out their experience with after-dinner drinks in the new ZOH nightclub.
