Convicted drug smugglers Raymond "Boya" Martinez and his wife, Juanita Moser Martinez walked out of the District Court of Guam today after both denied the allegations filed against them.

The Martinezes pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to obstruct justice by endeavoring to influence jurors and two counts of obstructing justice by endeavoring to influence a juror.

Both appeared before federal Judge Heather Kennedy.

Trial is set to begin on Oct. 10.

As KUAM reported, the pair allegedly tried to influence jurors in their drug case back in 2018 to vote not.

After two mistrials, the couple was tried in California and convicted.
