By KUAM NewsA man rushed to the hospital following a serious car crash in Mangilao has died.
The crash happened just after 11 a.m. today along Route 15 near Hawaiian Rock involving a Nissan Pathfinder and a dump truck.
KUAM was at the scene of the crash where the truck was pulled over on the side of the road. The Pathfinder appeared to have taken on major damage.
Medics performed CPR on the driver of the Pathfinder while he was rushed to Guam Regional Medical City. KUAM News learned this afternoon the driver did not make it.
The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries but refused medical transport.
Guam Police Department Officers and Guam Fire Department officials responded to the scene.
Midday traffic through there headed both north and south was forced to turn around while investigators looked into what caused the crash.
