A man already facing drug charges in local court now has federal authorities keeping an eye on him.

An unsealed indictment in the District Court of Guam charges Jesse Fegurgur Belen with attempted possession with intent to distribute 50 or more grams of methamphetamine.

The feds intercepted a package sent from Colton, California to a post office box in Yigo last November.

Authorities found 450 grams of meth inside the package.

Investigators replaced the drugs with sham and tracked it to Belen.

There's no word yet on when he will answer to the charges in court.

Belen remains locked up in the Department of Corrections prison.
