They were found in a stolen car with drugs inside.

Thirty-four-year-old Joleen Topasna was arrested and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and  Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance while 27-year-old Agusto Acfalle Jr. was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. 

Court documents state the pair were pulled over by police on Jan. 22. Topasna was the driver of the Nissan Sentra and could not provide police with documents for it. The plates for the car didn't the match vehicle leading police to discover the car was stolen last April. 

Topasna allegedly told police she had a meth pipe in her purse. Inside the car, there was another pipe and baggies of the drug in a door panel, court documents state.  

Acfalle allegedly said the drugs belonged to Topasna and that he bought the car from her recently for $700.  

And while Topasna told police she only had the car for a week, a person interviewed said she had it for more than a year. Topasna then allegedly told police she borrowed the car from a friend, giving the name of the owner's car to them
