Three people are now charged in an investigation involving drugs being smuggled into the Department of Corrections prison. 

A superseding indictment handed down recently in the Superior Court shows 44-year-old Joshua Sharp and 24-year-old Lanielynn Arriola each face charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Drug Possession.

 The pair along with Leroy Arriola also is charged with solicitation to promote major prison contraband.

The alleged incident happened last November.

Court documents state Lanielynn was visiting the Mangilao facility when she was caught by officers at the prison with the meth in her shoes. Her arrest was made public last November.
