He allegedly threatened to hurt a woman he knows as he was sexually abusing her.

Thirty-six-year-old Pierre Topasna is charged with First and Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and Terrorizing.

Court documents state Topasna hid in his accuser’s bathroom until she fell asleep.

That’s when he allegedly brought her to the bedroom, held her down, and sexually assaulted her while making threats.

Arresting officers noted Topasna would only sing during their interaction. He is being held at the Department of Corrections.
