Man arrested for Indecent Exposure found near children

Thirty-year-old Rico Akin Charfauros was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure as a third-degree felony. 

The incident was reported on Jan. 20 in Agat where Charfauos was allegedly seen behind students at a bus stop with his pants down, performing a lewd act. 

Court documents state police located Charfauros standing behind the children in heavy vegetation.
