Suspect pleads not guilty in December murder, brother still waiting for new attorney
Murder defendant Branty Walliby denied that he had anything to do with the killing of Arno Narrhun.
He pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Judge Benjamin Sison in superior court today.
His brother, Jerron Walliby, who repeatedly told the court he is not guilty, will have to wait another week to answer to the murder charges.
The court had to appoint a new attorney due to a conflict.
He is back in court on Jan. 26.
The Walliby brothers were apparently drunk when they allegedly attacked Narrhun in Dededo last month.
Narrhun died from blunt force trauma to the head.
