Driver denies owning gun and drugs found in his car

There were drugs and a gun inside his car but 33-year-old Patrick John Terrado said they weren't his.
Court documents state on Jan. 16, Terrado was pulled over by police for a traffic violation when the discovery was made.
Police officers noted Terrado appeared nervous, didn't have a driver's license and didn't have a vehicle registration for the car either.
He then told officers there might be a firearm in the car.
Police located a loaded pistol magazine with ammunition in plain view. During the search of the car, they found a 9mm Glock and a pouch with baggies of meth.
Court documents state Terrado claimed the gun and drugs weren't his and that he gave a ride to his friend on Jan. 1 who probably left the items in his car.
He's facing charges of Possession of a Firearm Without a Valid Firearms ID, Possession of a Concealed Firearm Without a License, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance
