A federal drug defendant cut a plea deal with prosecutors admitting to his part in smuggling drugs through the mail.

Matthew Salas signed a plea agreement to admit to the charge of conspiracy to distribute 50 or more grams of methamphetamine.

Court documents in the District Court of Guam state he picked up the package which was mailed to the island from Arizona last May.

The feds tracked the package that contained 111.5 grams of the drug ice to a Dededo home.

Documents state Salas admitted to authorities that he would break the drugs down into 10-gram bags and give it to another man to find buyers.

Salas is in federal court tomorrow morning to admit to the allegations.
