Judicial Center skylight still leaking as architect sought for repairs

Heading to the Guam Judicial Center in Hagatna?

A word of caution if you go there and walk through the atrium. You may have noticed the trash bins on the ground to catch the water that's been constantly leaking from the fairly new skylight at the courthouse.  

The Judicial Council today addressed the issue during their meeting. 

Officials said the leaks haven't been fixed because the contractor who installed it apparently went out of business. 

There's no word on how much it is going to cost. 

They are negotiating now for an architect to come in and fix it, and hope to have negotiations final sometime next week.
