Thirty-one-year-old Ronald James Jumbelick is facing a charge of Assault on a Peace Officer as a third-degree felony.
Court documents state on Jan. 11, police were called to Club U.S.A. where Jumbelick had allegedly pulled a fire alarm. Employees said he also was pounding on the doors of the establishment, which was already closed and said, "I kill people for a living! You can be next."
Jumbelick then allegedly tried to swing his right fist at a police officer before he was told he was being arrested. The officer was able to block the punch with his arm.
