Congratulations to Elina Celis for welcoming Eliana into the world at approximately 12:30am, the first baby born on U.S. soil in the year 2023! Little Eliana is 4 lbs/14oz and 17.5", delivered by Dr. Thomas Shieh at GMH, with the entire delivery staff wishing Happy New Year and blessings to Eliana's family.
 
Her family will be receiving an amazing prize package from various corporate and individual donors, facilitated by Archway, Inc., to celebrate her always as our Baby New Year! Her family will receive the gifts after Eliana is released from the hospital and welcomed home.
