The family of 42-year-old Eugene Joseph Mesa Ignacio is asking the community for help.
Loved ones reported he was last spotted 10 days ago at the Cost-U-Less in Tamuning around 5 a.m., on Nov. 21.
Mesa was last seen wearing his Cost-U-Less red shirt and black shorts.
