After allegedly shoplifting at an electronics store, 40-year-old Christopher Ray Kreisher allegedly returned to the scene of the crime. 

According to a magistrate's complaint, On Oct. 9, Kreisher allegedly stole video doorbell cameras and wireless solar power banks at the Tamuning store. Surveillance cameras allegedly recorded the crime and he was seen leaving with another person in a black Kia Soul. 

He allegedly returned to the store on Oct. 12 and was recognized by the store owner. Kreisher was allegedly wearing a necklace with a cross and had a tattoo that was visible on the surveillance footage. 

He was later interviewed and admitted he had been in the store before his birthday with his girlfriend but stated that he does not remember taking anything, court documents state.
