He had been caught allegedly stealing from a lot before. Now, Jacky Joe Rudolph, 29, is facing charges of Criminal Mischief, Attempted Theft, Criminal Trespass and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
According to a magistrate's complaint, On Oct. 29, Rudolph was allegedly found at The Tow Prow Lot beneath a Hyundai Accent sawing at the catalytic converter. Rudolph allegedly said one of the owners of the tow yard allowed him to take parts from cars, however, that person denied giving him any permission.
While police was searching Rudolph, he allegedly took off his left shoe and a glass pipe fell out. Court documents state the pipe tested presumptive positive for meth.
