Can you help GPD find the culprit behind an animal cruelty case?
Guam CrimeStoppers is seeking the assistance from the community relative to a cruelty to an animal complaint. Preliminary reports suggest that on Friday, August 19 at around 6:15am, a medium-size tan colored stray dog was seen on video surveillance outside the Fred Gabriel Building in East Hagatna.
At around 8am, employees from the building noted the same dog had deep lacerated injuries to the neck area which is indicative of a knife or a blade attack. The dog was immediately taken to Animal Medical Clinic for treatment and care. Now the Guam Crime Stoppers is seeking the assistance from the community relative to this incident.
Anyone with any information pertaining to this case is asked to submit a tip online at guam.crimestoppersweb.com. All tip information will remain completely confidential and a cash reward of up to $1000 could be paid if the information provided leads to an arrest.
