An ounce of meth and $200,000 worth of stolen items led to a second man arrested in connection to the rash of burglaries at a local middle school.

Forty-eight-year-old Ephraim Junior Ebio was arrested on suspicion of theft by receiving and illegal possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute.

His arrest comes the same week authorities took 32-year-old Frank San Nicolas Jr. Into custody. San Nicolas is facing 13 counts of burglary for allegedly breaking into Guam Department of Education’s food emergency assistance program warehouse and Jose Rios Middle School multiple times.

Investigators have since found canned goods, sports jerseys, and electronics that were reported stolen.

Much of it allegedly being kept at a Piti home where Ebio was arrested.
