Burglar arrested at crime scene after returning

Caught red-handed after returning to the scene of the crime, 40-year-old Lawrence Roland Breton Jr. was arrested and charged with burglary.
According to a magistrate's complaint, on Sept. 28, police were notified in the morning of the break-in at a Yigo home. The owner of the home was off-island and called her neighbor to check the house after seeing fraudulent activity on a credit card left here.
Police discovered the house had been ransacked with the door kicked down.
After officers left, the culprits allegedly returned later that morning. The witness saw two people inside the home, including Breton, boxing up items. Breton and the woman said they were told by the homeowner to do so but the owner denied hiring anyone.
When police arrived, the woman escaped into a jungle. Breton allegedly told officers he was trying to make fast money by helping the woman move the items. When asked about the TV that belonged to the victim in his car, he claimed he got it from his "pair" named "Surf." Court documents state that Breton then began to cry and said the the woman might have carried it into his car.
