Man who burlariezed Jose Rios Middle School multiple times arrested

An arrest was made yesterday for the culprit in the multiple break-ins of Jose Rios Middle School and GDOE’s TEFAP warehouse, also known as the Emergency Food Assistance Program warehouse.
The Guam Police Department arrested Frank Borja San Nicolas Jr, who admitted to breaking into Jose Rios and GDOE’s TEFAP warehouse. He also admitted breaking into a residence in Piti. The items he stole from the school were recovered by detectives.
San Nicolas was arrested for 13 counts of burglary, criminal mischief and crimes against the community. He was booked and confined at the Department of Corrections and the case was forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office.
