Man on felony release for drug charge allegedly found with drugs

Thirty-one-year-old Allan Junior Cepeda was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Notice: Felony on Felony Release. 

According to a magistrate's complaint, on Sept. 21, police were conducting a suspect check on Cepeda because of an active $3,000 bench warrant out on him. 

Despite telling police he didn't have any contraband on him, police found a small plastic baggie with a substance inside that tested presumptive positive for meth.  

Cepeda currently has a pending drug charge against him, court documents state.
