She was allegedly found with drugs and a stolen school laptop.

Now, 36-year-old Leeana Ree Fiona Yun is facing charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Theft by Receiving, both as third-degree felonies.

According to a magistrate's complaint, on Sept. 20, Yun was the passenger of a Hyundai Tuscon that was obstructing a Dededo road. Police noted the Hyundai's license plate belonged to a different vehicle.

Yun was the passenger in the car and said the driver had fled into a nearby residence.

In the car, officers found two plastic bags that had a substance that tested presumptive positive for meth.

Yun also was found with a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop and claimed it was assigned to her children from Upi Elementary School. Officers learned the laptop belonged to Simon Sanchez High School and Yun allegedly told them her boyfriend purchased it from someone else. Court documents state Yun told officers she was told where the laptop was from but did not report it.
