Jesse Roger Padrones charged with criminal mischief, family violence

Thirty-seven-year-old Jesse Roger Guerrero Padrones was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief as a third-degree felony and Family Violence as a misdemeanor. 

According to a magistrate's complaint, on Sept. 20, Padrones allegedly damaged a woman's car windshield and struck her in the face with a shoe. Police noted the woman's cheek was bruised with slight swelling and that her Nissan Altima's windshield was shattered on the driver's side.
