Man allegedly forced teen to eat marijuana gummy

A man accused of forcing a 13-year-old boy to take edible marijuana gummies is placed under arrest. 

Thirty-seven-year-old Derrick Lee Castro Guzman is being charged with child abuse. 

Court documents state police found the child naked inside of the bathtub, pale and weak.

Police noted his body was numb before he was taken to the hospital. 

A witness allegedly told officer Guzman is a drug addict and forced the child to eat the cannabis-infused edible.
