A new indictment was handed down against a retired Guam Police Officer accused of multiple criminal incidents reported while he was still on the force.

Fifty-six-year-old Jojo Garcia was charged with three counts each of terrorizing and reckless conduct, and reckless conduct and official misconduct. 

A Superior Court grand jury handed down the superseding indictment late Thursday.

Court documents state Garcia allegedly threatened four victims including three GPD officers.

The alleged incidents occurred between November of last year and this January.

Last December, the retired police lieutenant was caught on cell phone video arguing with a group in a Dededo neighborhood while holding a rifle.

Garcia is scheduled to answer to the new indictment tomorrow morning before Judge Maria Cenzon
