Is Del. Michael San Nicolas pushing support for the gubernatorial team of Camacho-Ada?

A photo circulating today shows San Nicolas standing between former Gov. Felix Camacho and Sen. Tony Ada.

KUAM News has learned that San Nicolas and Camacho had met on Tuesday night. We reached out to Camacho about the image.

"The only thing I can say is I don’t know how that photo or where that photo came from," he said. "If any statement is to be made from this it must be from the congressman which I must honor and respect."

We did reach out to San Nicolas and await a response.

The delegate lost his bid for governor during the primary to Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero who will challenge Camacho in November.

Just today, the San Nicolas-Salas Matanane campaign issued a statement on social media quote, “As we made our way around the Island on Primary Election Day it was so moving to see our from-the-heart volunteers doing their very best to give us a presence at the polls. Your time and energy was so cherished by us and will forever be remembered. We love you and thank you for helping us share our love for Guam.”
