Man threatens staff at entrance to Sanchez High

There was a scary situation at the Home of the Sharks today. This afternoon at around 12:41pm, a male individual approached the main gate of Simon Sanchez High School in Yigo.

The individual was upset and he threatened the staff at the main gate.

Out of an abundance of caution, a lockdown was initiated, including at the neighbor FB Leon Guerrero Middle school.  the Guam Police Department was contacted to do a search for the male. The modified lockdown at both schools was lifted at 1:44pm.

GPD provided security for students during dismissal.
