For those who have been thinking about continuing their education or maybe even just graduated from high school and want to get a jump start on their future, Guam Community College is hosting a Fall 2022 College Fair. Numerous on-site services will be located at the center court of the Micronesia Mall this Sunday, August 7 from 11 a.m. through 5 p.m. This event is open to the public.

The Guam Community College is hosting a Fall 2022 College Fair at the Micronesia Mall from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Aug. 7. This is an opportunity for those seeking new job skills, just out of high school or anyone looking to further their education.

The fair will have on-site services as well as departments and programs. Also, the Medical Assisting and Nursing program will perform free vital checks. Cosmetology instructors and students will display their knowledge of hairstyles on mannequins. Culinary and Baking chef instructors and students will feature baked goods that they have created just for you to sample.

“GCC is ‘students first, mission always,’ and Sunday’s college fair is an example of how we are living up to this commitment to our island community," GCC President Dr. Mary Okada said. "We encourage our former students who may have taken a break, either during the pandemic or for other reasons, to come by the Fair and get their courses planned out for their remaining degree requirements and get it finished."
