The alleged crimes stretch back to March and now an accused robber has finally been arrested.

Thirty-five-year-old Jefferson Pwechar is facing multiple charges in three cases including Third Degree Robbery, Theft, Criminal Trespass and Burglary.

According to a magistrate's complaint, the first report was made on March 14 when Pwechar was accused of opening a woman's car door at a bank. The woman fell asleep and woke up to Pwechar allegedly pulling her phone out of her hand. A pouch was also discovered missing from the car as the victim drove away. However, the woman and her passenger confronted Pwechar and recovered the pouch from a plant outside of the bank.

The second reported incident took place on May 26 at Cost-U-Less in Tamuning. Pwechar had been told previously he wasn't allowed on the property but was allegedly seen opening car doors in the store's parking lot.

And the most recent alleged crime was reported on July 26. The victim reported he gave a man, identified as Pwechar $3 while at the Guam Premier Outlets. The victim then put the rest of his money inside his breast pocket. When the victim returned to his car parked in a handicapped spot, Pwechar knocked on his window. The victim opened the window and Pwechar allegedly grabbed the man's arm, taking the money from his pocket.
