A longtime Bank of Guam employee who helped expand its community presence is retiring.  

Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer Jackie Marati is leaving after 23 years at the local financial institution. She's recognized for her efforts producing award-winning projects, including the bank's Year in Review, Annual Calander and Founder's Day of Giving. 

Bank President and Chief Executive Officer, Joaquin Cook said, “Jackie has made a genuine impact on how the Bank has grown and developed our community outreach, sustainability and financial empowerment effort. We know Jackie’s commitment to excellence in social responsibility and sustainability is steadfast and that her journey is far from over.” 

Outside of the bank, Marati served in numerous community capacities, from the president of the Guam’s Bankers Association to a founding member of the Guam Women Chamber of Commerce.
