40-year-old was arrested on Thursday after Guam Police Department officers found his wallet that contained drugs. According to court documents, officers responded to Hotel Mai'ana in Tamuning for an unrelated incident and at the scene found a pink wallet concealed between two mattresses. The wallet contained the Identification card of Sunega along with resealable bags containing a crystalline powdery substance, and a heat-sealed plastic straw containing a powdery substance. A field test resulted in a presumptive positive for methamphetamine. Sunega was charged with Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance. He was booked and confined.
