Thursday's daily report for Guam's COVID case count from the Joint Information Center reports 121 new COVID-19 cases from 2,119 specimens collected on June 15. Of those, 23 were reported by the Department of Defense.
Eight island residents are still hospitalized with the virus, six at the Guam Memorial Hospital (with one in the intensive care unit) and two at the Guam Regional Medical City. Seven of those admitted have received the vaccine, and one has not.
To date, there have been a total of 50,485 officially reported cases, 370 deaths, 597 cases in active isolation, and 49,518 not in active isolation.
